I prodotti tipici e artigianali Toscani presenti nel nostro negozio online vengono spediti attraverso corrieri nazionali ed internazionali scelti di volta in volta da noi in base alla localizzazione geografica del Paese di destinazione, alle condizioni del servizio e alle caratteristiche dei prodotti stessi. Ciò ci permette di offrire ai nostri clienti il miglior servizio possibile e di proporre i costi di spedizione più convenienti.
Le spedizioni vengono effettuate dal lunedì al Venerdì dalle ore 9:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 18:00. La merce ordinata, una volta ricevuto il pagamento sul nostro conto, viene spedita all’indirizzo pervenutoci al momento dell'acquisto dal cliente.
I tempi di consegna sono in media di 4/5 giorni lavorativi per l'Italia e di 5/6 giorni lavorativi per gli altri Paesi. In alcuni casi le spedizioni possono richiedere tempi di consegna maggiori. Ciò può dipendere dalla localizzazione geografica dei produttori, dalla loro organizzazione logistica e dalla particolarità del prodotto ordinato. Quest'ultima eccezione vale per alcune opere artistiche e artigianali di alto pregio che, non essendo prodotte in serie, vengono realizzate esclusivamente su ordinazione. In questo caso, una volta completata la procedura di acquisto,Tuscania product provvederà a tenere costantemente informati i clienti sul tempi di lavorazione e di consegna della merce.
Modalità di reso merce:
il reso merce si applica nel caso in cui il prodotto consegnato dallo spedizioniere risulti danneggiato nell'involucro. In quel caso il cliente è tenuto ad aprire il pacco davanti al corriere per verificare che la merce sia integra. Nel caso fosse danneggiata, dovrà firmare la ricevuta di consegna con la dicitura "con riserva" e comunicare tempestivamente tramite e-mail la natura del danno a tuscaniaproduct@hotmail.com
Si accetterà il reso merce solo a fronte di una comunicazione immediata.
Il materiale verrà rispedito al cliente non appena avremo ricevuto il prodotto danneggiato, spedito nell'imballo originale a carico del cliente, e a fronte della verifica della natura del danno.
Il prodotto e la spedizione sostitutiva sarà a carico di Tuscania Product.
